Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Pandora box and shipping carton, ensuring the jewelry is protected and all security tags are intact.

  Courier Collection

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits your convenience.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit voucher within 7-10 business days.
